BTW: The connection(awareness) between the host(perceiver) and the mainframe(reality) could be described with the same principles as a simulation, too.
From all we know, we are pretty much information on an animal host (we are two)….
The mycelium network is an information and nutrition network…
Could the mycelium network be an interdimensional transportation system? Able to spread you (the deictic I) out somewhere else?
AND YES, ITS ALLOWED TO ASK SUCH THOUGHT PROVOKING QUESTIONS, IF ONE WANTS TO UNDERSTAND “IT” IN ITS FULLEST! ;)
Or do we simpler, miss out the “common sense” of nature itself?

The way something is shaped can be a clue to what its function is.
Mycelium looks like lightning and they also use electrical signals to grow and communicate in a similar way to our brain’s neural networks.
